How to set COD and post delivery on the same time?

You can COD and post on the same time by setting the delivery zone first. With this, you can offer both delivery services to your customer with ease.

 If my customer repeat their order, should they fill again the form?

No need. You only need to go to <Data Customer> and click <Paid>. Search customer’s name or their phone number to find their previous invoice. Click <Repeat This Order>

After clicking share, message & repeat order link will be send directly to customer’s WhatsApp.

They don’t need to fill in the form. All is already auto-fill including the address.

I didn’t continue using Yezza after 14 days free trial .After 2 weeks, can I reactivate my account?

Your account is still valid. No need the hassle to fill in the settings. Yezza welcomes you home with open arms.

WhatsApp ask to convert business to personal account. Why is that?

As of now, WhatsApp Link Yezza can only accept WhatsApp from personal numbers and not business numbers,

This is due to WhatsApp system limitation.

The number that want to open an account and be a salesperson in Yezza, can use WhatsApp Business number.

Only buyer that want to buy with Yezza need to use WhatsApp personal number.

Can I print the invoice or at least make it in PDF?

Paid order or marked as Paid will have Print function.

My customer can’t fill in the phone number. It says invalid.

We made a validation in phone number form where if the number entered didn’t meet at least 7 numbers after 01X, it will indicate as invalid. 🙂

If it was enough, make sure client didn’y enter ‘space’ during filling in.

What is the different between monthly payment of RM37 and RM50 for personal plan?

RM37, is the yearly contract rate. Meaning, merchant will authorize Yezza to make a deduction from the registered card every month for a year.

Whereas RM50, is a monthly contract, where merchant will pay manually every month.

I already subscribed for a year under Personal plan but I feel for an upgrage. How’s the payment going to be?
