TIPS FOR SUNDRY BUSINESS, SIMPLE ITEMS, FOOD & RESTAURANT
1. Create Simple WhatsApp Form
Make your WhatsApp Form as simple as possible
We advise you to only put:
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Clear product picture
As for delivery service, customer will fill it in their invoice before payment.
2. Put Disclaimer If Necessary
Put important info or disclaimer that customer need to know before ordering. For example :
- Last order 1pm for same day delivery. After 1pm, delivery will be completed the day after.
- COD for Gombak, Melawati, Ampang and Setapak area only
- Minimum 3 orders
etc…
Steps to put these info are below :
- During setting up form, Click <edit>
- Click <+Collect Extra Info>
- Choose between <Long Text> or <Checklist> to write the disclaimer
- If the info is just a notification, leave <Required> box unchecked

Use <View Form> to see how the form will appear from the customer’s perspective.
Change if needed and use emoji to catch customer’s attention.
2. Use Direct Payment Option
For Food business, customers really like fast and easy ordering.
So, direct payment option for customers is advisable.
When setting up WhatsApp Form, turn this option on buy checking the box <Allow proceed to payment without messaging sales person>
Example below.
Now, you only need to manage the order without having the hassle replying messages from customers.
3. Make use the ‘add on’
Every meal have its side dish no?
- Burger add-on is fries
- Satay add-on is nasi himpit.
Yes, this is definitely like when you ordering fast food. With Yezza, you can even do this too!

4. Use short detail for food product
Everyone knows the taste of Teh Ais, or the ingredient for pisang goreng.
So, for food, we advice to use WhatsApp Form type Card when setting the form.
Card-type Form have a bigger picture with short detail space.
Usually, people will get their mouth watered with just picture right?
If you sell in sets, use the Multiple Choice form as it has a longer detail space.

5. Clear Delivery Chargers
Set a clear delivery chargers so that customer know the final amount that they need to pay.
If you product is Chinese Love Letter or Pineapple Rolled Tart, you can opt using delivery services like ZeptoExpress or Lalamove.
