1) Smart Link
Smart Link is the main core of your online shop. Without understand it properly, you can’t use Yezza effectively and even unable to make any sales!
Smart Link have 4 advantages :
i. WhatsApp Form
Smart Link is formed once you completed a WhatsApp Form
So, if you have 3 WhatsApp Forms (differentiate between categories), you’ll have 3 Smart Links.
Once the Smart Link clicked, it’ll lead the potential customer to the WhatsApp Form. From there, they can start making selection and place an order.

ii. Smart Redirection
After the customer completed the details needed, select the product wanted and click <WhatsApp> ; their order will be send to your WhatsApp as a message. They are then able to interact with you directly.
Here, you can reconfirmed their orders, getting other info, etc
Or they can directly pay the product with <Pay Now>
iii. Auto Generated Database
Whatever button that the customer click, their details and order are directly recorded in the <Database>. This way, you can manage your order efficiently.

iv. Leads Delegation
Let say you have a sales team consisted of 3 person (Jalil, Ah Meng and Gopal). The Smart Link will assign leads equally among them and automatically.
This way you can focus on managing your team’s performance.
To maximize market penetration, you need to share your Smart Link in Social Media. Places or site that you can promote or share are :

Link can be place at ‘Bio’ or profile. If you had a verified account, you can place the link at IG Story Swipe Up - Facebook
Place at your profile, post or even in any FB Groups that you participated. - Facebook Ads
If you had the knowledge to use Facebook Ads, Smart Link can also be shared there. - Web Landing Page
Smart Link has no issue on blogs or you business website. - Whatsapp / Telegram

2) Yezza Store
One Smart Link only contains products that you assigned to the form.
Let’s say that the customer want to add more products. With this feature, there’s no need to re-submit a new form.
Customer can simple edit their order, just like ‘add cart’, by clicking <Continue Shopping> in their invoice.
Don’t forget to remind customer to fill their delivery address too.

3) Yezza Pay
Yezza Pay is an alternatif for Yezza user that want online transaction for their business but yet to have Company Registration Number (SSM)
If you remember, in <Payment Settings> , Online Banking options are Billplz, MOLPay and 2c2p.
These are Payment Gateways which require SSM during account registration.
So Yezza Pay is the answer.

Normally we will ask the customer the proof of payment before processing their order further.
But with Yezza Pay, buyer will experience easy online payment just line buying items in Shopee or Lazada. When paid, it will directly appear in <Order> so that you can process.
With a small transaction fee, Yezza Pay system is safe, proof of payment will be send automatically and fast. It’s a collaboration between Yezza and Billplz.
4) Customer Management
When potential customer contacted you or one of your sales team, Yezza will directly record the lead in <Database> with details that they have provided.
Here, you can follow up cold lead customers where they’re still having objections to continue buy. Or tracking customers that yet to make their full payment.
Record and manage manually are easy if we only get 10 customers per week max.
Imagine that our product went viral or there were a surge of orders?
So managing customer manually have its own operational risk like overlooked orders, mismatch customer’s order or even lost customer’s payment tracking.
Other than building customer’s profiling and their historical orders, this feature is spot on for those who want to scale up their business.
5) Order Management
Yezza automatically record orders whether its already paid or not (Unpaid for orders that use COD payment). With this, we can manage orders and shipping with ease.
You can also assign Rider here or export multiple orders to Runner Services like Lalamove.

Currently Yezza is working on upgrading this feature where push notification will be send to you once an order is paid.
6) Inventory Management
Stock inventory in Yezza is consistently updated each time there is payment. But what if your business uses other e-commerce platforms?
In near future, Yezza able to integrate database from major e-commerce players like Shopee and Lazada. As of now, we only able to integrate with WooCommerce and Shopify.
With this, orders from these site also will be update where Yezza is the main view point. This means that you only manage your product inventory at one place.

7) Reports & Analytics
Yezza also has a special feature where you can receive concise reports about sales and product performance in form of pulse or timed notification.
The report can be set periodically and will be sent directly for your eyes only.
Information given are tailored according to plan subscribed.
> Personal : Reports in term of number of sales.
> Business : Reports on Sales Team Performances.
> Intelligence : Reports on Product Performances
